COPYRIGHT
In accordance with the Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988, the copyright of all images created by the Photographer is owned by the Photographer. Unless the Photographer gives written authorisation, the Client is forbidden by law to copy any images created by the photographer and agrees that all photographic reprints, digital duplications or copies of any type made from images created by the Photographer should only be carried out by the Photographer.
SERVICES
You will be able to choose between three different packages that suit the needs you are looking for. All shoots are on location. Either a place of your choice or a location that we decide together. Videography will be provided upon request for an extra fee.
LOCATION
There will be a travel fee of $50 for more than 15 miles. If it's more than 25 miles additional information on price will be given,
Deliverables
After Photoshoot is complete you will receive the proofs via Dropbox within 24 hours. You will be able to view all photos with watermark printed, from your session and will be allowed the amount of edited photos you’ve chosen from your package to be retouched. Any additional photos will be for an additional fee. Allow up to two (2) weeks for all edited photos to be retouched and complete.
CANCELATION/ LATE FEES
If you are late their will be a $30 dollar late fee. Any cancellations of a Photoshoot must be made 24 hours prior to the shoot time.
DEPOSIT/FEES
Your 50% deposit fee is due at the time of you booking your Photoshoot to secure your spot and begin the planning process. It is NON-REFUNDABLE, however it is transferable if you ever have to cancel/ reschedule a Photoshoot. The remaining balance is required to be paid with cash or visa debit card before or day of your Photoshoot. You will not receive photos until all obligations are met. Additional charges will apply if needing to travel for Photoshoot.
LIABILITY
The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries for any of the photographic locations/parties or any other events. Clients will be responsible for their children and themselves, and release the photographer from any claims.
